Meet your trainer Kim
My name is Kim. I started in the My mobility journey for a long time now. I was stuck in the same place you were. tired, stressed, and hated the pain that my body was having. My limitations with my body left me feeling trapped and hopeless, and wrecked havoc on my mental health. I had officially reached the lowest point in my life so i had to make a promise to myself that I would get my health right and find the answers I was desperately seeking. I set out on a journey to fix my limitations, overcome my pain & injuries, improve my movement capacity, and then to help others do the same.
